Indications:

Lower Respiratory Tract Infections
Urinary Tract Infections
Meningitis
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Intra-Abdominal Infections
Septicemia
Skin and Skin Structure Infections
Bone and Joint Infections

Dosage :
Adult Dosage : 1 - 2 gm every 8 to 12 hours.

Pediatric patients 6 months or older : 50 mg/kg every 6-8 hours.

Renally Impaired Patients :

Dosage in Adults with reduced renal function
