Indications :

Central Diabetes Insipidus
Haemophilia A
Von Willebrand Disease (Type-I)

Dosage :

Adult Dose :

Central Diabetes Insipidus: 0.1-0.4 mL daily, either as asingle dose or divided into 2 or 3 doses.
Hemophilia A & von Willebrand disease (type I):1 spray/nostril.

Paediatric Dose :

Central Diabetes Insipidus: 0.05 to 0.3mL daily, either as a

single dose or divided into 2 doses.

Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below 50ml/min.
