Indications :
Central Diabetes Insipidus, Primary Nocturnal Eneuresis
Dosage :
Adult Dose :
Central Diabetes Insipidus: Starting dose is 0.05mg BID. Max. Dose-1.2mg/day.
Paediatric Dose :
Central Diabetes Insipidus: As per adult dose.
Primary Nocturnal Eneuresis:6 yrs of age patient 0.2mg at bedtime.
Primary Nocturnal Enuresis :
Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below 50ml/min.
