Dosage :

Adults :

Initial dose : 1 mg BID-TID

Maintenance dose : 6-15 mg/day in divided doses
Concomitant Therapy :1-2 mg TID i.e. while adding a diuretic or other hypertensive drug.

Dosage Adjustment :

Renal Impairment : May be required in severe impairment.

Hepatic Impairment : May be required in severe impairment.
