Dosage

| Myasthenia gravis | 30 to 120mg given at intervals throught out the day | 6-12 years: one tablet (i.e. 60 mg/day) |
| <6 years: half tablet (i.e. 30 mg/day) | ||
| Paralytic ileus | 1 to 4 tablets per day | 15 to 60mg per day |
| Postoperative urinary retention | 1 to 4 tablets per day | 15 to 60mg per day |
Renally Impaired Patients : Not known, administer with caution.
