Indications :

Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH)

Hypertension

Dosage :

Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH)
Initial Dose : 1 mg OD at bedtime
Maintenance Dose : 1-10 mg OD for minimum 4-6 weeks
Hypertension
Initial Dose : 1 mg OD at bedtime
Maintenance Dose : 1-5 mg OD

Dosage Adjustment :

Renal Impairment : Modification of dosage in such patients generally does not appear to be necessary.

Hepatic Impairment : Not well studied, administer with caution.
